Day TEN

Breakfast:

6 slices turkey
2 wedges of LC creamy swiss cheese
3 thick pepper slices



Lunch:

1 1/2 Cups Chili
1/8 Cup Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Cups Salad
2 TBSP RWV dressing



Dinner is not going to be posted!! :) (Just ate too many pieces of Ravioli that we made) :) 

Day NINE

Sunday = FUNDAY!

Here's a little list of what I ate:

-grapefruit
-Snackwell's popcorn bites
-WATER WATER WATER
-Minted tabouleh
-Basil Hummus
-Baba ganoush
-pita bread
-salad with feta and kalamata olives
-1 fresh roll
-almost a 1/2 pound container of greek pasta salad (so not worth it)
-jr. roast beef from Arbys

Day EIGHT.....Weigh Day

253.8   YIPEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!


6 pounds down by cutting back food alone is pretty sweet.  This week I'm going to be adding back the exercise.  Hopefully I can continue the 6 pound loss for several weeks...haha :)

Breakfast:

1 Leftover Cheese stuffed Meatball
3 TBSP sauce
1 Kudos M&M bar (100 Calories)

Lunch:






Grilled Portobello Sandwich
Garden Veg Soup
1 Kudos M&M bar


I'm going to put this on record here, this is my FAVORITE sandwich I have EVER eaten!








After School Snack:

1 Kudos M&M bar (yes, I ate 3 today)

Dinner:

8 Pierogies
Mini Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream (250 calories)

Got in the gallon with ease today....didn't walk over my lunch break though because Friday's I meet my mom for lunch!  :) Super excited about the numbers but more so that I am feeling great! I keep thinking "I'm almost in the 240's, then theres the 230's and that's ALMOST the 200's!!!" I'm just going to keep chugging along and adding exercise I'm sure will make the numbers soar! :)

DAY SEVEN

 Breakfast:

Nothing, I was so busy I forgot.....EEKS!!!

Lunch:

1 slice of leftover pizza

Dinner:

2 Cheese stuffed Meatballs (one to check and see if they were cooked, one at mealtime) :)
1 Cup of whole wheat pasta
1 1/2 cup mixed salad
1 TBSP RWV dressing

1 Grapefruit

Feeling so good about stopping when NOT hungry.  I know I should have eaten more today.  I did get my gallon of water in but only ONE fruit??  That's so bad. :(

Day SIX

Breakfast: 

1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Grapfruit


Lunch:

1/2 Turkey Sandwich with Mustard
1 Apple
1 Cheese wedge
1 Medium Carrot
(saved the orange for after dinner)


Snack: 

1 strawberry granola bar


Dinner:

1/6 (one slice....goooooo Becky!) of this little beauty!

Leftover grilled onions and peppers, fresh spinach, and
pineapples. and the boys had pepperoni on their half. 
(They had the onions and peppers UNDER the cheese) :)




Took me a while, but I got my gallon!  I am feeling SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Day FIVE

Breakfast:
2 eggs baked in leftover grilled pepper slices
2 TBSP of hummus


Lunch:
6" Subway Oven Roasted Chicken Breast with all the veggies
1 TBSP of spicy mustard and Sweet Onion sauce each


Snack:
1 Carrot
3 Wedges of LC light swiss cheese (had one, then 2, then an hour later one more)



Dinner:
1 small porkchop 
1/2 Cup Red Cabbage (best ever)
1/2 Mashed Potatoes
2 TBSP creamed corn
Ton of broc



Got in my Gallon of water with no problem, could even do more if I wanted without feeling like I'm drowning myself.  I just LOVE water! I bought a bobble bottle and it is pretty cool.  Nice knowing that I can have an extra filtration before consuming.  :)

DAY FOUR

Breakfast:

1 1/2 Cups of the MOST AMAZING CHILI EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  (made by a friend)


Lunch:

McAlister's 'Grilled chicken cesar wrap' - 591 Calories and 27gs of fat!  OUCH!
McAlister's 1/2 unsweet tea and 1/2 lemonade

Went hiking for a couple of house with the boys and some friends (probably made a small dent in that stupid wrap.......wasn't even good.....yes I did eat the whole thing, but I did trim a LOT of the whole wheat tortilla and pitch it)

Dinner:

1/2 a thin Rib Eye steak
1 Cup of mixed veg with cheese sauce
1/2 grilled sweet onion
2 grilled pepper thirds





















Snack:

1 Grapefruit

Got in my gallon and am feeling really good about my portions lately.  Also, have not been feeling temptation to eat when I'm:

A) Bored
B) Mad
C) Happy
D) Sad
E) Studying
F) Driving

Really, I am only eating when I am hungry! :) I'm proud!
