Day THREE

Breakfast:
Shakshuka (1 egg) with 1/2 piece of bread and 2 TBSP hummus



Snack:
5 Pretzel chips and 1 wedge of cheese


Lunch:
2 cups Broccoli in cheese sauce and 1oz left over kielbasa (ate that cold, right out of the fridge) :)


Dinner: 
1 slice of smoked ham on 1 slice of bread, 2 TBSP Sweet Baby Rays, and 1 Cup edamame 


Got my gallon of water today no problem.  Feeling good, lots of energy and not feeling hungry.  :)
