Day two....Déjà vu?


I think I like this speedy blogging.  

Breakfast:

-Turkey Sandwich with mustard
-1/2 Grapefruit (best one I've had ALL season)

Snack:

-Strawberry granola bar
-1/2 Grapefruit

Lunch:

-1 Can Progresso Hearty Tomato soup (my fave)
-5 Black bean pinwheels with hot sauce

Dinner:




-2/3 Bag of steamed veggies with light cheese sauce
-4 oz Kielbasa (serving size was 2.....youch!) 

After dinner snack because I could not resist:

-1 cup chocolate Cheerios  

I got my gallon of water in and did a LOT of walking today........hope to start back up on Turbo Fire super soon!
