DAY SEVEN

 Breakfast:

Nothing, I was so busy I forgot.....EEKS!!!

Lunch:

1 slice of leftover pizza

Dinner:

2 Cheese stuffed Meatballs (one to check and see if they were cooked, one at mealtime) :)
1 Cup of whole wheat pasta
1 1/2 cup mixed salad
1 TBSP RWV dressing

1 Grapefruit

      (Didn't even eat it all....wooohoooooo!!!!)





















Feeling so good about stopping when NOT hungry.  I know I should have eaten more today.  I did get my gallon of water in but only ONE fruit??  That's so bad. :(
