Day FIVE

Breakfast:
2 eggs baked in leftover grilled pepper slices
2 TBSP of hummus


Lunch:
6" Subway Oven Roasted Chicken Breast with all the veggies
1 TBSP of spicy mustard and Sweet Onion sauce each


Snack:
1 Carrot
3 Wedges of LC light swiss cheese (had one, then 2, then an hour later one more)



Dinner:
1 small porkchop 
1/2 Cup Red Cabbage (best ever)
1/2 Mashed Potatoes
2 TBSP creamed corn
Ton of broc



Got in my Gallon of water with no problem, could even do more if I wanted without feeling like I'm drowning myself.  I just LOVE water! I bought a bobble bottle and it is pretty cool.  Nice knowing that I can have an extra filtration before consuming.  :)

    That dinner looks Ah-mazing as well.

  2. It was super good! My friend said he likes to bake eggs in avocado halves. I'm going to try that next.
