Did not do my morning workout because I planned on doing it as soon as I got off work....little did I know I was going to be asked to work a few more hours....and I wasn't going to pass those up. I also had a dinner party to go to after I closed the shop. So, what I'm trying to say is....I did not do my workout today. boo.

-1 Cup Orange juice
-1 Cup frozen berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
-1 TBSP flax seeds
--1/2 Cup water
That makes for an amazing smoothie....
11:30
-2 Small corn tortillas
-1 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
-1 Apple

-Roast chicken Farm house salad from Arby's
-1 Packet of balsamic vin. dressing
nothing at the usual 3:30 time because I knew I was going to a dinner party. :)
6:00
-too. much. cheeseball. (on about 10 townhouse crackers
-lots of fresh veg (I brought)
-few red and green tortilla chips with chunky salsa
-2 small bowls of mushroom chili (with a little onion, cheese, and a few oyster crackers)
-1 glass (4 oz) of wine
All that food and no workout. I was feeling pretty bum, but not bum enough to do a workout at 9pm. ha.
