DAY SIX

Today was kind of a bum day.  I was supposed to be in Nashville with my Mom and sisters (and niece) at the Christmas Spectacular show, but due to unforeseen events I was unable to attend.  I decided that I might as well make the most of it if I was going to be stuck in town all day.  I got started early...

Did a FIRE 30 + STRETCH 10 class this morning.  This particular workout is now a breeze, I suppose that's why I won't see it again until next month when it's paired with a SCULPT 30 class.  Haha.  Actually, I think I have decided to repeat week one.  Just to make sure I'm good to go with my endurance.  I think it is a smart move and can't see any reason why I would regret it. :)

8:30

-2 Eggs
-1 Apple
-3 cups salad
-2 TBSP RWV dressing

My dad called and asked to take the boys and myself to lunch so I held off on my 11:30 snack and at 12:00 or so....

-Taco salad fajitas from Tequila's.  (minus the steak....Marley eats that) :)
-1/2 Cup guacamole
-2 Cups chips
-1 Cup salsa

3:30

-28 honey roasted almonds

6:00

-1 chicago hot dog with everything extra sport peppers.  :)
-maybe 6 shoestring fries.

Did great on water and easily passed my 6,000 step mark.  Yipee!

  1. we missed you boo! you did better at lunch than i did. i had a 1/2 rack of ribs! i didn't eat them all. but that was only because i had nachos as an appetizer . . .

    1/2 rack? You go girl! Course, you're eating for 2 you know...haha.
