After my lunch I watched a T.V. show to let my stomach settle and then I did the FIRE 30 Class and the Stretch 10 part. I know I skipped yesterday but I thought I would just pick up where I left off and not skip the scheduled workout for the day. Now my rest day will be Thursday. :)

-1 Amazing salad (with chicken)
-1 Cup spaghetti with marinara sauce
-TON of parmesan
(basically, I ate my salad and whatever the boys didn't want.......oops! )
I of course had my evening tea and as I type, (7:15) I am still full from my pasta....ugghh!
Got in 10,000 steps easy today so I am officially adjusting my "Daily Goal" to walk 5 miles instead of 3.
