DAY FOURTEEN

Ahhhh, Sunday.

8:30

-2 perfect Eggs over easy
-2 TBSP salsa
-6 Green and red pepper strips

10:30

-2 Cups Progresso Hearty Tomato soup
-4 oz mozzarella cheese
-1 Slice whole wheat bread
-2 Cups Berry fruit juice

then....shortly after....

-1 Cup Progresso Hearty Tomato soup
-4 Oreos dipped in Marshmallow fluff

UGGGHHHH, Becky....stop!  Stop eating!!!!!

I did, however, manage to do my workout after that little binge fest...the FIRE 30 class and the 10 Stretch class.  :D

3:30

-1/2 McDouble (we were running errands and my oldest son asked so sweetly for a happy meal!) :)
-2 French fries

-1/2 Luna bar

5:30

-1 Package Creamy Chicken Ramen noodle soup
-5 dashes of hot sauce
-5 oz Extra sharp cheddar cheese
-1 Cup (about) of the noodles Marley and Ilan didn't eat

and why stop there???????

-6 Oreos (hey, no marshmallow fluff this time.....like that makes it okay.)
-1 Cup whole milk for "dipping"......Ilan drank whatever was left.


Yeeeaaah.  I'm not even gonna say anything!

    i admire your self control on those salty fries though. only 2! hi-five!

    and at least you worked out. so tomorrow, get back on the saddle. walk a lot and drink tons of water. nobody has perfect eating habits. but everyone has the same opportunity to start over!
