DAY FIVE

8:30
-2 Eggs over easy
-1 Multigrain tortilla
-4 dashes of hot sauce
-1 TBSP of hummus
-1 handful of greens
-1/2 grapefruit

11:30
-28 Honey roasted Almonds
-1/2 grapefruit

1:30
-1 Cup tuna casserole (it's finally gone...)
-3 Cups mixed greens
-2 TBSP Red wine vinaigrette dressing
-8 baby carrots
-1 TBSP hummus

4:00
-5 squares of Papa Murphy's Herbed Chicken Med. deLITE pizza (UGGGHHHH.....)

5:30
-4 Oreo cookies dipped in milk
-1 Cup Marshmallow matey's in a little milk
-5 wildberry Skittles.



Embarassed.  Lost control at 4:00.....Just.  Couldn't.  Stop.  :*(

My stomach is now KILLING me.....and the sad part is it felt bad after the first square of pizza.....blah!
I will NOT let this happen again.  I almost didn't want to post today due to shame, but I am going to be completely honest on this adventure and as humiliating as that is....it is the truth.  That's what I ate.

As for my daily goals.  I DID complete the 55 min workout and the 6000 steps, as well as the water.  Not all bad! :)

    Skipped my workout class today and went to the goodwill outlet instead.
    Currently eating chinese food.

    We have our down days. We just have to start fresh tomorrow!

  2. Court is right, if we're blessed enough to wake up the next morning, we can start fresh!
    Good job on the work out!
    Use this to your advantage next time. When you feel like pigging out on pizza again, you can remember how bad it made you feel. You'll have an easier time deciding that it's not worth it.
