DAY TEN

REST DAY (rest from exercise, but a jam packed day for me....had to get up and started early)

7:30

-2 Mini chocolate chip muffins
-1 Apple

10:30 & 12:30

-Veggies
-2 TBSP hummus

-NUT-rition Pack


2:30

-1 Low Carb Turkey burger from Hardees (basically they scrap the bun and wrap in lettuce) :)
-6 Ketchup packets
-1 Side salad with fat free italian dressing














5:30


-2 Cups Garlic Ginger Beef, veggies, and rice noodles
-1 Oreo




Ingredients 


Garlic Ginger marinated Beef
Onions
Cabbage
Water Chestnuts
Broccoli
Garlic
Rice noodles
soy sauce
pepper










After dinner, I took the boys on an hour long walk to look at all the "Christmas Houses" (any house that has lights).  Good times were had by all! :)

    we're walking around our neighborhood to look at christmas houses tomorrow evening. hope it's not raining!

  2. Thanks Keek! The beef WAS amazing! (and all the veggies that soaked up that marinade) I used a Garlic Ginger marinade......no words describe it accurately! :) Get some!
