DAY SEVENTEEN

Had to be at work a little early today, so I shifted my eating schedule a little bit.  Again, no morning workout because of the early start.  Planned on doing around the same time as yesterday.

8:00

-2 Eggs
-2 Small corn tortillas
-2 TSP hummus...yep....sometimes less IS more! :)
-2 TBSP Spicy salsa
-1 Pepper ring split in two

11:00

-1 Veggie tray
-2 TBSP Ranch dip

-1 Cup Holiday trail mix that my friend brought in to work.  OH SO GOOD!

1:00

-10 Almonds (wasabi soy...woah!)
-1 Orange

I was REALLY hungry when I got off work, but I decided to do my 20 HIIT class instead.  Plus, my mom invited us over for Stuffed Peppers tonight.....Heck YES!

5:00

-1 Large stuffed green pepper
-1 Red pepper shell (no meat)
-1 Cup of sauce
-1/2 Cup (yes, measured) of mashed potatoes

:) Great day with some GREAT food!
